Review of Friends with Money (2006) by Fredrick R — 04 Dec 2007
Im not a Jennifer Anniston fan in the least, but I really enjoyed this look at 30something angst. Jennifer Anniston plays a down and out former school teacher who quits her job and becomes a housecleaner. However the rest of her circle of friends are all married, have children and have fabulous jobs. Naturally feels like the odd man out, and quite envious and jealous.
But as the movie unfolds, it shows that both married and unmarried people a like both don't have it all figured out, even when you're "supposed to" by the magic age of 30. And of course the old cliche, money can't buy you happiness.
