This enjoyable movie is the equivalent of When Harry Met Sally meets The Big Chill. The predictable ending could have been more original if they left out the "your my person" line from the Grays Anatomy TV show and the "it's not because I'm lonely or desperate, it's because I realized" line which is exactly the from Harry Met Sally's ending; "And it's not because I'm lonely, and it's not because it's New Year's Eve" and her come back of "shit, shit, what am I supposed to do with that, I mean really what and I supposed to do with that you just come in here and say all that great stuff and I'm supposed to just believe you all of a sudden after everything we've been through, you said" is said in the same way and just like Sally's line "You say things like that, and you make it impossible for me to hate you and I hate you, Harry".
