There's nice performances and individual scenes - Westfeldt has a good ear for dialogue, and Chris O'Dowd steals every scene he's in. The underlying plot is pure sitcom, so a lot of the movie is just waiting around for the characters to catch up with predictable developments, which is boring.

A good Saturday afternoon movie, and not much more.
