Review of Friends with Benefits (2011) by Roger B — 04 Jun 2012
Unless you are a fan of both the actors, I don't see how you could enjoy this film. It is over-acted and stiff, with far too much forced good humour (and husky cackling from Mila Kunis). The characters are supposedly 'emotionally damaged' or something in an attempt to add depth, but this fails miserably as the back-plots are simple and convenient, just there to give a reason for these two to be complicated/f**ked up/emotionally damaged/etc.
. Boring and lacking in charm, despite some good lines, overall this film is not worth watching.
