Because the term f**k buddies would have got Sony into trouble, shame really.
EDIT: A decent enough comedy that follows the new anti rom com formula to the letter, That is the only gripe I had with the film as the cast were excellent and more importantly, funny.
A shame that Samberg and Stone were in the trailers longer than they were in the movie though. 6/10.
