Review of Friends with Benefits (2011) by Philip S — 04 Oct 2013
Ridiculously obvious and formulaic? Of course. But there's something about Kunis and Timberlake together that make this work. They're surprisingly watchable. The film falters a bit when the fun goes out of the relationship and things get serious, but the fun up to that point and a strong supporting cast give it enough juice to get us through the obligatory rom-com ending.
If you enjoy the genre and don't mind seeing much of the same, then you'll probably really enjoy this one.
