Review of Friends with Benefits (2011) by Johnny L — 28 Nov 2013

Even as a non-fan of romcom, I could appreciate that this stood out in its genre. Surprisingly, the story is not the shallow plot (pun intended) that its title suggests. There are good quips, inside jokes, and relational interactions outside of the ones two protagonists share that make it a romcom with substance.

I thought Woody Harrelson was particularly funny in all his scenes and would have liked to see more of his character.
