Review of Friendly Persuasion (1956) by Bob W — 24 Mar 2011
A charming somewhat laconic portrayal of a gentle man's exhuberance for all things good and wonderful tensioned by his faith and the countries incursion into war.
Cooper does what he does best, act teasingly playful yet serene. unfortunately the goose is most remembered.
