Not bad, although quite episodic, and some parts were better then others, the ones which stood out for me was anything with the two Marys, Masterson and Parker, and the weaker stuff was with Kathy Bates "finding" herself, and the whole women empowerment thing as well.
The ending was somewhat blah to me as well. See Steel Magnolias instead, not really the same movie, but it's better. Haha.
