Review of Fried Green Tomatoes (1991) by Dan M — 31 Jul 2012
"Fried Green Tomatoes is a movie you must make time for without any distractions, because theres so much to absorb.".
Jessica Tandy, Mary Stuart Masterson and Mary- louise parker break the mold of typical sterotypical 'Chick flick movies' by delivering above and beyond the average expectations most would have compared to b-movies and bad tear jerkers. However with Kathy Bates extrodinary acting ability and the magnetic pull she thrust upon her co-stars to raise the bar it paid off in more ways the one. I love this movie and would say it's 1 of the best films to see of the 90's.
