A tale which had to be told, of horrifying attitudes and human self-reliance. The good old values are set beside the bad old prejudices in a foretaste of many films to follow.
Marital stress in Revolutionary Road seems modern but the basics were set out in FGT 18 y ago. So appropriate to have a casting link between the two films.
