I love this movie and I love the story. The roll of Ruth coulda been better pkayed, she seemed off at times but Idgy was amazing as was Jessica Tandy. Would have liked to seen less of Kathy Bates roll, but that was just my personal preference.
Loved the old south story and only wanted that part. Entertaining and we'll told in its simplicity. I could watch again and again.
