Review of Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter (1984) by Luc L — 29 Aug 2012

One of the most scariest of the sequels, thanks to some suspense and some effective moments of violence. Thanks to Zito's tight direction and Tom Savini's make-up effects. Feldman, Glover and Lawrence Monoson are the stand-outs in this supposedly last sequel.

If there is a problem with the movie, it is the script. There is not enough character development from Feldman's character, his mother and his sister. They focus a bit too much from the other teenagers who lives in the guest house and interesting enough.

..they all get killed! The third act is the best thing of the movie. There is some story holes as usual but the shocks do work in the sequel. One of the best in the series.
