Review of Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter (1984) by Derek H — 25 Jan 2014
My personal favourite in the series, the 4th (and supposed last) in the franchise has a lot to offer fans of the horror genre, and of Jason. The kills and scares deliver, the story is intriguing, and the cast (including standout performances from Corey Feldman and Crispin Glover) is top notch.
The final confrontation between Tommy and Jason might be the most well done moment in the entire series, and the fact that it's a regular on AMC's FearFest makes you feel all the more nostalgic for it.
