Review of Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter (1984) by Conner R — 01 Nov 2010
A huge improvement over part 3D, this has a lot bigger scope and the story is a lot more interesting. While it does have its corny moments, it's definitely as believable as the first two movies. An early Crispin Glover performance is kind've shocking, mainly because he's so normal.
Also Corey Feldman's movie debut, what a way to enter feature films. While this doesn't actually show Jason all that much, he causes some massive destruction and goes out with a bang. The banana girl is perhaps one of the greatest special treats, it always makes me laugh.
