Review of Friday the 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan (1989) by Mark C — 24 Sep 2008

Most of this movie I hated. The beginning was pretty good but then it just went downhill fast and stayed there. It seemed it took 80% of the movie for him to even get to NY. I liked it better when he stayed at Crystal Lake.

I also liked the aspect of his childhood. Young Jason and Tiffany Paulsen at the beginning is all that I thought was worth watching. Even most of the deaths were pretty pathetic, not scary, no tension, no suspense.
