Review of Friday the 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan (1989) by Wedstarfish 8 — 09 Jul 2016

Considered by many as the worst in the entire franchise, I really disagree. It's completely better than the previous entry we just recently had, and at least this one is slightly different than a lot of the installments we got.

In Friday The 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan, Jason Voorhees rises from the underground of the ocean of Camp Crystal Lake and enters a boat filled with teenagers that is floating to Manhattan, a very dangerous part of New York City.

I just really like how this one turned out, and it's really better than the installments we have recently gotten. Not being the best but not being the worst, this installment is worth a watch, especially since it's something that was different and that actually succeeded in being so.
