Jason didn't really "take" Manhattan, did he? It probably should have been better named "Jason's cruise of doom" or something equally ridiculous. I did like how Jason seemed a bit disoriented by his unfamiliar surroundings.
Also, the "boxing match" was a hoot. It still wasn't really very good, though.
