FRIDAY THE 13TH Part VIII: JASON TAKES MANHATTAN.

Is considered by critics one of the worst entries of the F13 Saga. Perhaps the complaint was the faulty promise of taking NY as we only get to Manhattan in the final reel of the film. However I don't think this film was meant to be taken seriously. Yes there are plot holes, the continuity of the series stirs further away & logic really takes a big hit, but compared to other F13 films part 8 delivers interesting characters, original kills, humor & most of all itâ??s entertaining. I believe this film would of had better luck if the subtitle would of been different and re-edited a bit. So I give it 3/5.
