The title of this film should really be 'Jason Takes Boat...then sort of goes to Manhattan for a bit'. This is a feeble film and in fact once Jason finally gets to New York it becomes an awful farce like nothing this franchise has produced before or since.
The kill count is higher than it has ever been but it's also the most tedious exercise of the whole franchise.
