This one is my absolute favorite Jason flick. It's totally rediculous. Jason barely even "takes manhattan", he spends 75% percent of the movie on a Cruise ship. Some of the deaths are pretty creative and some absurdely fake looking, but that's part of the fun.
Kane Hodder really has a presence that legitimately invokes terror, but you don't ever feel it because the film is so stupid. You know exactly what your getting into when you watch a slasher like this.
With it's many faults, I still very much enjoy it.
