Starting off, the doctor was a dick and the bitch of the film dies a rather unsatisfying death. The overall story isn't too bad, and I do enjoy some of the gore effects. All together it's pretty damn good, now if only I could find the unrated edition, I have that boxset one, not bad but just doesn't have the some blood as the unrated.
