Review of Friday the 13th Part VII - The New Blood (1988) by Ian R — 25 Oct 2010
Ugh, for the most part not great. Jason's supernatural nature is pushing it far enough already, and then they make the main character telekinetic. It's just too much. And the suppporting cast is made up of a group of friends that don't seem to have anything in common, they are each just different teenage stereotypes.
And so much of the killing feels toned down and they cut away really fast. At least this film did have that awesome sleeping bag kill by Jason.
