Review of Friday the 13th Part VII - The New Blood (1988) by Geraldo G — 09 Jun 2012
A very violent addition to the series. Legend has it that this was supposed to feature Freddy Krueger, but was later altered to include just a telekinetic heroin instead. The plot itself treads similar ground to previous entries, but does manage to turn in an exciting climax in which Jason is unmasked to reveal one of his more hideous post-resurrection faces.
Part seven also introduced us to the now legendary sleeping bag kill.
