"Hey guys, lets make a FT13th movie where Jason gets the sh*t beaten out of him by a girl who has psychic powers!".
"Huhuhuh, ok." - Paramount when they were making this.
Ok, to be fair, there were SOME good moments, and it was still MUCH better than V, but I just didn't like this one.
