Review of Friday the 13th Part 2 (1981) by Jeffrey L — 26 Feb 2009

Despite what I said about the first movie, and despite this being pretty much a lighter version of that movie, I liked this one better. Yes, the acting is still bad, yes, the dialog is still bad, however the effects are better, and the characters more memorable IMO.

Also, while the kills aren't as gory, they're more inventive which made this more fun to watch. Plus Jason with the sack over his head was a hundred times scarier then some old lady in a sweater.
