"Friday the 13th, Part 2" is one of the few examples of a superior horror sequel. It's a lot better than the movie that preceded it, that is true, but only by a very narrow margin. I personally enjoyed it a lot more than "Friday the 13th," because of Steve Miner's direction and the film's tension-filled last 20 minutes.
The climax of "Friday the 13, Part 2" are some of the most intense moments ever in a horror film, and they have to be seen to be believed.
