Review of Friday the 13th Part 2 (1981) by Donald B — 21 Sep 2017
The second installment in the Friday the 13th franchise keeps the story from the first churning complete with an exorbitant amount of flashback scenes. More camp counselors in training are put in imminent danger of death by the elusive Jason and the body count continues to rise.
More jolts than the first but it's missing any of those memorable campy performances; instead going for some more "serious" acting from the ensemble. The results are mixed at best.
