A boring, by-the-numbers remake of an already over-milked series, and just like the "Texas chainsaw massacre" remake (which is a bit crap, but better than this) it's just a soulless, money hungry slice of modern-day lazy film-making. Stick with the original, or one of the many better 70's and 80's slasher films.
