Terrible. Just terrible. This movie embodies everything that is wrong with modern horror movies. The characters weren't likable (complete with cheesy dialogue and bad acting), the story was riddled with plot holes, and, to top it all off, the killer had no motive.
Watch it if you're a fan horrid movies, which seems silly to me. Otherwise, stay away. Oh, and it's not scary. At all.
