Relaxing 'neighborhood-movie'! Ice and Chris realy made it with this one, each with their own actingflamboyance, surely Tucker! A lot of other familiar faces make this even more watchable and chilled! It's al about Smokey owing this fat icecream-player some money, and he hasn't got it because he smoked it all up! :p He gets his buddy Graig into it, who just got fired on his day off.

It's from his point of view that we tag along. There's a lot of commotion arround this other big guy, a real good fight with him, some girls, parenting, smoking and getting the kid who knocks over the garbage cans all the time.

Real chill!
