Review of Frequency (2000) by Bukit R — 26 Jul 2008
I never have been impressed by Dennis Quaid acting and performance in his movies. But that prejudice changed today. I watch this movie today and totally love it. Why ? first, "fresh story". Take the logic out of the equation, this movie has the total package as a exciting thriller movie that involving past and future concept, by not abusing it but used it properly.
Second, the "love" factor of this movie is stronger than any other movie. There's no love stronger than a love to a family and all cast did really terrific job on performing their family love expression throughout the movie.
Third, the "story plot", which has been the strongest point. By changing something in the past, you'll change the future as well. Once you changed the past, you must keep on that track and take the consequences, even though it's a tough one.
Forth, great "lovable ending". This one you've to see it by yourself caused I won't spoil the movie by telling it first before you guys watch it. Promise me you'll watch this one.
