When police detective John Sullivan finds a ham radio that once belonged to his late father he is surprised to find it still works and strikes up a conversation with another man about the 1969 World Series.
Frequency may contain a few inconsistencies, but overall it’s an enjoyable and heart-warming sci-fi thriller.
