Review of Frenzy (2015) by Rebecca L — 30 Jul 2011
The set-up was way too long and I fell asleep way before Mr. Blaney got caught, let alone how the police figured out they got the wrong man. The dying scene of Mrs. Blaney was more comical than graphic; combined with unnecessary nudity, the way Hitchcock approached the murder story is not something I find gripping.
I may still give the movie another chance some other time, just to try to appreciate a "classic".
