Review of Frenzy (1972) by Lane W — 19 Dec 2008
Definitely takes a while to get into it, but when Hitch grabs you, you're in. The graphic nature of this film is very jarring at first, and extremely different from what one expects from a Hitchcock film, but the novelty of the nudity and blood fades as the film goes on, and they become integral and necessary.
The acting is nice, the screenplay is thrilling and also hilarious, and the ending is fantastic.
