Review of French Kiss (2005) by Crusnikgurl — 01 Nov 2008
Somehow, I can't stop myself from pulling this out from time to time and watching it. Meg Ryan plays an American ex-pat who chases after her Canadian ex-boyfriend in France. She meets up with French crook Kline who has his own intentions, and they team up to win the boyfriend back.
Contrived to say the least, and said boyfriend (Hutton) isn't worth fighting for imo. But, Kline and Ryan are very likable and make the story go. I'm a diehard France freak, so this film plays on that sensibility.
