As accomplished as Kevin Kline is, I'm sure even he would be surprised to find out that this is my favorite movie he stars in. He truly steals the show. Once I got over the fact that he was playing a Frenchman, I could relax and enjoy the movie. It is to date my favorite and I never tire of seeing it!
The characters develop, the music shines, there are alot of mischievous and funny - and very desirous! - moments. It's a great romantic pairing. I wish they would do more together.
