This delves deeply into a masterful marketeer, innovation entrepreneur, corrupt cops, deceitful politicians, broken systems and neighborhoods, reformed drug dealers, tenacious reporters and the supposed origin of the crack epidemic in LA as well as the USA. Lots going on here and the same beat continues today.
