Great concept! Time traveling human trafficking mixed with action in this schlocky sci fi movie. The cast is surprisingly good. Sadly the goofy dialogue direction and performances firmly seat this into b movie category although it clearly had a decent budget for its day.
The passage of time has been unkind to this one and it failed to ever move the excitement needle above the average mark.
