This movie perhaps had some good intentions, but it comes off as feeling somewhat incomplete and incoherent. At it's very best it's got the possibility of a great script, and at it's worst it fumbles what could have been a really good movie by giving us subpar performances and a disjointed story.
It doesn't come off anywhere near as emotionally engaging as it should have, and leaves us wondering what the heck it was really trying to do.
