Freedom Writers is a very heartwarming film that you would feel bad about the characters. Hilary Swank and the kids are really good in this. It may be predictable a bit, but it's very moving and I want them to do well.

Although Patrick Dempsey is really good in this, his character was selfish. It makes sense why he's acting that, and he appreciate what she's doing, but he threw me off a bit. But flaws aside, it's a great "true story" movie and I'm glad I saw it before it expired in Netflix.
