Ok, so I don't know why I was an emotional wreck watching this movie, the PMS isn't due for another 2 weeks! LOL, I kept boo-hooing at every other scene! I guess I can really relate to the teacher in her feelings of trying so hard to make a difference and everybody looking at you like you are crazy. Only to see in the end that your hard work and determination paid off because you made a big difference.
It's been done before in other movies: "Stand and Deliver," Stand By Me,".
Dangerous Minds, etc. but I still love stories like this one.
