Performers with good form as bad guys demonstrate no great flair for comedy: Stretch ("Dead Man's Shoes") is a movable hole in the centre of the screen, while Bell ("The Business") proves a much less engaging presence when he's not pointing shooters around and calling someone a slag.
Sole redeeming feature: it's not badly shot.
