Frustrating. If the movie didn't bear the FREE WILLY name I would give this 3 stars for being a decent low budget straight to DVD feature, but unfortunately it is part of the FREE WILLY franchise and it doesn't come anywhere near the quality of the original three movies.
The movie had nothing to do with those movies and is just a way for Warner Bros to make a little bit of money by packaging the FREE WILLY brand over it. Sad. 2/5.
