Free Willy + Nostalgia = awesome.
It's been like 12 years since I last saw this childhood gem...and the ending at least hasn't lost its magic. Yes, the plot is weighed down by huge rocks of melodrama, but movie is all about sentiment and you either go with it or you don't. (and refuse to have a heart). Plus the ending has my favourite song from my favourite artist, which is as magical as it gets.
