I hadnâ(TM)t seen this film in a long time and was just flipping through the channels and saw that it was on. Well, itâ(TM)s a decent film, harmless family movie about a kid who befriends a whale (yeah, we all know the story).
Too cheesy at times but itâ(TM)s not really a movie you can hate. The score is over the top but actually nice and memorable, and of course thereâ(TM)s that Michael Jackson song at the end (I remember when the movie came out that song was everywhere).
You donâ(TM)t get many family films now that have an instant classic ending like this one.
