Incredible drenaline ride from the streets to the water, friendship is what heals pain.

Both willy and jessie have been seperate from family, both seem to understand each others pain, both become best friends. when the sea park becomes finacially a burden, willys tank is cracked to kill the whale and make damage insurance money for the loss. When jessie finds out, its up to him, randof,his co-worker and adoptive parents to free willy and bring him home.
