Review of Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare (1991) by Bill S — 22 Mar 2015
I was somewhat surprised by "Freddy's Dead", not that it was legitimately good but more "so bad its good". No one is really taking it serious and the kills are so over-the-top that I found myself laughing.
There were a few moments that were just plain bad and it ends rather abruptly. The movie really does kill off Freddy, no twist hes truly dead. It may not be up to par with the original or "The Dream Warriors", but "Freddy's Dead" is worth it for a few chuckles.
