Review of Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare (1991) by Mike L — 23 Jun 2009
An insane, chaotic and anarchistic attempt to fuel som fresh blood into the series. As a Freddy flick, it's so-so, but as an inventive horror movie, this one's really something unique. Too incoherent and silly to really be scary, but what it lacks in scares and gore, it makes up for in cheesy, crazy scenes.
Noone really follows the plot anymore, but this is perhaps the most entertaining in the series.
