Worth seeing for the absolutely dire 3D ending , but this is as far away from the original as you could get . It also seems that Freddy Krueger works for Nintendo , but then every gaming company needs a scarred child murderer as thier salesman.
Thank fuck Craven went on to end the series properly with New Nightmare.
